An anonymous party once opined, “A cup of coffee shared with a friend is happiness tasted and time well spent.”
And, Congressman Mike Turner (R-Centerville) enjoyed a cup of coffee with several friends at the inaugural Vandalia-Butler “Coffee with the Chamber” last Wednesday morning at the new Stonespring facility at 4000 Singing Hills Blvd. Butler Township trustee Martin Russell was transparently gratified by the turnout. Russell attributed the event’s success to Turner’s participation.
“Judging from the audience that we have here in the room, our first one was successful,” Russell said. “I think a lot of that is due to Congressman Turner’s willingness to come and speak with us this morning.”
