Turner Endorsed by Montgomery County Republican Party

Dayton, OH – Last night, Congressman Mike Turner earned the endorsement of the Montgomery County Republican Party. Turner secured 85% of the votes from the Party’s Central Committee. Montgomery County is the most populous of the three counties included in the 10th Congressional District.

“I am glad to once again have the endorsement of the Montgomery County Republican Party. Their endorsement will be key to my campaign; which is focused on bringing fiscal accountability to Washington and putting Ohioans back to work,” said Turner.

Turner has lived in Montgomery County his entire life, and has served the residents of Montgomery, both as Mayor of Dayton for 8 years, and as the Congressman for the 3rd Congressional District for almost 10 years. His work both as a private citizen and as a public servant represents his long standing commitment to the voters of the County.

“I am extremely proud of our committee, who overwhelmingly recognized the great leadership that Congressman Turner has and will continue to provide to the Miami Valley area,” said Greg Gantt, Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party.

Turner has also received the endorsements of the Greene County Republican Party and the Ohio Republican Party.
